Calgreg Thermal Solutions Creates Cooliance To Expand Product Line, Markets

WARWICK, RI--Calgreg Thermal Solutions, a leading provider of thermal solutions for electronic and industrial applications, has announced the creation of Cooliance.

"Thermal management has become the gating factor in designing faster and smaller electronic devices. This is a growing market and the creation of the new company marks Calgreg's extension into global markets and an expansion of the product line," said Russell Hall, Cooliance Executive Vice President. "Cooliance will build upon the established product development and service support capabilities of Calgreg Thermal Solutions," he added.

Cooliance will offer a broad range of products for electronics cooling, including the Smart-CLIP™ brand of snap on heat sinks, processor heat sinks, fans, as well as custom products such as precision forged and aluminum heat sinks, and fan trays. Cooliance specializes in applications that demand high reliability and ease of application.

The new company will be launched at the EDS Show in Las Vegas May 15-17. Cooliance is headquartered in Warwick, Rhode Island with offices and production facilities in Rhode Island and Taiwan.
