Attendees Seek More Power At LIGHTFAIR 2016

Cooliance’s Sales and Marketing team recently attended the world’s largest annual architectural and commercial lighting tradeshow, LIGHTFAIR International, which was held April 26th-28th in San Diego.

With 500 of the world’s leading lighting market manufacturers and 28,000 design, lighting, architectural, engineering, energy, facility and industry professionals from around the world. LightFair 2016 was the perfect place to meet with existing and prospective customers.

Throughout the many meetings that the sales and marketing team conducted, there was a common theme and that was the requirement for more lumens. The exhibitors frequently discussed the need for 10,000, 20,000 and upwards of 30,000 lumens.

As the industry grapples with the demand for more lumens, the engineering teams are seeking efficient methodologies of managing and dissipating heat.

There was a great deal of interest in Cooliance’s new CHP family of high power passive LED coolers which support 150 to 250 watt applications. Cooliance’s CSL series of active coolers offer solutions up to 500 watts.
