Liquid Cooling Technology

Overview

A Liquid Cooling system comprises:

• a radiator which cools the heated cooling liquid
• a pump which is the heart of the cooling system
• tubing which connects the cold plate to the pump and, typically, uses leak-proof quickly detachable connectors
• a cold-plate which makes direct contact with the components to be cooled
